Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing is for licensed retailers. Apply at ridgelinebotanicals.com/wholesale with a valid reseller permit; we verify every application by hand. Products are sold to you for resale, and prices are wholesale to licensed retailers with MSRP suggested, not required.

Case pack is 12 units of one SKU. Opening orders start at a single case. Volume discounts apply automatically: 5% off orders of 6+ cases, 10% off 12+ cases. Shipping is free on orders over $200. Current per-case pricing is on the live menu in the portal and on the line sheet; pricing may change with notice, never on an order already placed.

First orders are invoiced with payment due before shipment. After your first completed order, established accounts move to net-30 invoicing. We don't require a card on file or phone-tag: apply once, order online, get an invoice.

Opening orders carry a 60-day guarantee on up to 2 cases — from any size of opening order. If those cases haven't sold through in the 60 days after delivery, we'll swap the unopened, sellable stock for other flavors or buy it back at the price you paid — your choice, and we cover the return freight on buy-backs. The guarantee covers the product cost itself (original outbound freight isn't part of it) — which is what we mean when we say you can't lose shelf money trying us.

The counter display is free with opening orders of 5+ cases, reserved at pre-order and subject to availability — if we can't include one, your order stands and we'll tell you before shipping. The unit is yours to keep; the display design is Ridgeline intellectual property, so please use it to merchandise Ridgeline products.

Orders are confirmed by us before they're final, and we may decline an order. You provide and keep current a valid reseller permit; you're responsible for collecting and remitting your own sales taxes. Count or damage claims: tell us within 7 days of delivery (photos help) and we'll make it right. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery. Invoice questions are raised within 15 days of the invoice; past-due net-30 balances can pause new shipments, and net-30 remains subject to account standing. Sell through your own retail storefronts — listing on third-party marketplaces needs our written OK. If we ever recall product, you agree to cooperate and we cover the costs. If your purchase order conflicts with these terms, these terms control unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Wholesale purchases are business-to-business: any dispute we can't resolve directly is settled by binding arbitration under the AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules in Washington State, under Washington law — not the consumer dispute process in our Terms of Service. Where these Wholesale Terms and the Terms of Service differ, these terms control for wholesale purchases.

Pre-orders are open now and ship August 2026, with launch-store deliveries first. Fireside Spice joins the order form in Q4. Every batch ships with its COA, and the QR on every tube opens the live lab report.

Represent the products accurately: they are cosmetics, 0.0% THC (non-detect, third-party verified), and make no medical claims — please don't make any on our behalf. Follow the purchaser-age rules that apply where you sell — at least 18, higher where your state requires it — and never sell to minors.
